Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM CST on December 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on March 5, 2024.

How to Enter

You can enter online by visiting www.agtrucktrader.com.
You may also enter by mailing a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked by March 5, 2024 and received by March 11, 2024.
Each entry must be mailed separately.
One entry per person per day.
Open to all legal residents of the contiguous United States and Washington D.C. except where prohibited (New York and Florida), who have reached the age of majority in the state of their residence at the time of entry
By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to release Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the sweepstakes

Determining Winner

A random drawing will be held by March 19, 2024
Odds of winning depend on number of entries received

Prize

One Grand Prize winner will receive:

One (1) a Vanair lithium-ion battery powered EPEQ 140A Stick Welder AND
One (1) Start All 10,000 amp jump pack
Retail value $4,400

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or items included in prize with one of equal or greater value in the event prize is unavailable

Prize does not include delivery charges
The difference between actual retail value and estimated retail value of prize will not be awarded
No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange, transfer or substitution of prize except at discretion of Sponsors

Claiming Prize

Prize will be available to the winner at the nearest Vanair dealership
All federal, state, and local income taxes and all registration fees on prize are the responsibility of the prize winner
Any potential winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize
Selected potential winner, as a condition of receiving any prize, will be required to sign and return a W-9, a Statement or Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Release of Liability within 14 days following the date of first attempted notification
The prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected if the selected potential winner fails to sign and return any required documents within the time specified, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules
By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes, and select winner from eligible entries received at the time of termination or suspension, if, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsors’ sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. Facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Sponsors, their affiliates and parent corporations are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone communications, network, website, Internet, or ISP malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind, or for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsors, whose decision is final relating to participation in Sweepstakes, selection of winner, and awarding of prize. Entrant may be contacted by the Sponsors and/or any promotional partners with future promotional offers. Information provided by entrant to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsors’ privacy policies and by the privacy policies of any promotional partners.

Exclusions

Employees of DTN, LLC, Certified Agriculture Dealerships, AgPack, AgTruckTrader and AgRally (“Sponsors”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers and the families of each are not eligible.
