SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins on November 20, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EDT and ends on November 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
SPONSOR: The Top Gun Back Blades (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by 8Point Promotions, 1965 Rock House Road, Westfield, NC 27053 (“Sponsor”).
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prizes (described below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, except employees of Sponsor and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or Sweepstakes and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address. Void in New York, Florida and where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER:
A. Onsite Method: During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the Sweepstakes QR code available at select events attended by Sponsor and complete the entry form. Entrants must complete in full and submit all non-optional data requested on the onsite entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or falsified entries are void. By submitting your completed onsite entry form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.
B. Online Method: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.agtrucktrader.com/trucks-for-sale/sweepstakes.aspx (“Website”) and click on the banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By submitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or falsified entries are void.
No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which can be found here: https://certifiedaggroup.com/privacy-policy.
PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner will receive one 16-foot Back Blade from Top Gun Back Blades. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $12,500. Prize is not assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for delivery fees and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specified herein. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery of the Prize; delivery is subject to availability. The Prize awarded may differ from any Back Blade product shown in promotional materials. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize.
ODDS: Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Potential winner will be announced at Sponsor’s Booth at the NAFB 2026 conference. Potential winner does not need to be present to win and will also be notified by Sponsor using the contact information supplied in the entry form.
The participant selected as the potential winner may be required to provide his/her valid Social Security Number to Sponsor for tax purposes and/or complete an IRS W-9 form to claim the prize. As a condition of receiving a prize, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign and have notarized an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release or similar documents as outlined by Sponsor and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release, which must be returned via mail or hand delivery within ten (10) business days of date of sender’s notification postmark.
Failure of the potential winner to timely sign and return any required documents or failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and award of the prize to a substitute potential winner randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.
Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s name, prize won, hometown, likeness, videotape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
PRIZE CONDITIONS / RELEASE: Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and release Sponsor and its affiliated entities from liability in connection with the Sweepstakes or prize. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or administrative errors. Decisions of Sponsor are final.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any action shall be filed in state or federal courts located in North Carolina. No class actions permitted. Damages limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
